Welcome to this website which is likely to help you more than any other website of its kind. Here you will find easy-to-understand information on just what to do when looking for a college. Explore the various posts and come back often for new information posted often.
I have authored a book on this topic, Best College for You, helped students find an affordable college as a college consultant, worked as a school counselor and professor, and helped my own children with the college search.
So, don’t get confused and frustrated with sites that give you way too much information than you need. We keep it simple here. We assume that the majority of students will not be going to an Ivy League college and probably don’t have a 36 on the ACT. But, many high school students need to find a college they can afford and need to know where to begin looking. That’s what we do here.
